The Chargeback Notification Service is available to all Payment Logistics clients free of charge. After you have enrolled in the Chargeback Notification Service program, a Payment Logistics Risk Officer will automatically contact you whenever a pending chargeback is discovered on your account. By proactively contacting you before you receive a chargeback notification letter, you gain valuable time needed to compile the documentation needed to fight any chargeback. In addition, your risk manager will help keep you informed about your options and work with you from day one to help win your chargeback dispute.
