Customer Service & Technical Lead

Payment Logistics is seeking to build a small group of select
and qualified individuals to join our nationwide expansion.
Responsibilities:
Executing, sustaining and renewing customer contracts.
Initial on-site visitation to assist with new account technical
implementation or account transfers.
Developing and maintaining favorable relationships with new and
existing clients in order to increase revenue.
Ensures that services consistently meet client needs.
Identifying and developing certain marketing relationships that
could lead to improved sales performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
Familiar with a variety of sales and selling concepts, practices,
and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and
accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Candidate should possess a wide
degree of creativity and latitude.
Technically proficient with Microsoft Office applications and the
Internet.
Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of of sales or similar
experience preferred. May substitute degree with additional sales, marketing or
business development experience.
